Back home!
Dear friends,

Time really flies - I'm back home from my travels! It was a once-in-a-lifetime journey, with so many places, people, experiences... just wow!

Apologies to all of you who didn't find too many stories and pictures on my travel blog. I simply didn't have enough time for this :-)

Dear friends,
Welcome to my travel blog!

It's not exactly like in Jules Verne's famous novel, but I decided to take eight months off and travel the world.
To visit some of the most beautiful places on earth.
To meet many interesting people from different countries.
And finally, to have a truly new experience, far away from home, job and everyday life.

I found there's even less time for stuff like writing emails or postcards than I would have expected. So I set up this blog to share my adventures with you. If you are interested, just stop by once in a while. I'm always happy if you leave me your comments!

And, if you figure you might be in the same area like me at some point in time (please check my schedule below) - Just ping through! It's really cool to meet old friends at the far side of the globe :-)
