First of all shopping lots of food for the trip at Aldi in Hervery Bay - a nice memory of good old Germany with quite cheap prices. The group of 13 people plus our guide Ken started with two 4WDs and ferried to Fraser Island. Driving the jeeps over the beach is fun! I liked the challenging... First of all our trip took us to the north of Cairns, into the world heritage Daintree National Park. Here wild subtropical rainforests meet untouched beaches, far away from civilization. Unlike most of the other clubs this one is not within walking distance from our hotel at Playa d’en Bossa but in the very center of the island, so after having some drinks in a bar we took the bus at 1:30am to get there.
